Service Term Minimum 12 months
Ad service plans automatically convert to a month-to-month term at the end of the original service term and continue until you cancel.
Fees $150/month
Ad fees begin on your start date. All ad fees within the minimum service term are due regardless of early cancellation.
Payment Payment due upon signing.
Ad Design We will create an ad for you prior to your start date. If you are unable to provide the required information, we may use your reservation information to create an ad for you.

Ad Changes: A minimum change fee of $25 will be charged for ad changes after your ad start date.

Returned (NSF) Check: A minimum $50 fee will be charged for each returned (NSF) check.

Past Due Accounts: Ad service payments are due no later than the 5th of the month in which they are due. Ad service may be suspended on accounts that are thirty (30) days past due. Accounts more than (30) days past due may be considered cancelled.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to schools@LegendWebWorks.com. Cancellations must be received by Legend Web Works, LLC a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the end of your billing cycle.

Additional Terms and Conditions: Our maximum liability to you pursuant to this agreement shall not exceed one (1) month of service fees. In the event we are required to pursue a legal remedy against you for your breach of this agreement, we shall be entitled to collect from you our reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in pursuing such remedy. Legend Web Works, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
