Ad Changes: A minimum change fee of $25 will be charged for ad changes after your ad start date.
Returned (NSF) Check: A minimum $50 fee will be charged for each returned (NSF) check.
Past Due Accounts: Ad service payments are due no later than the 5th of the month in which they are due. Ad service may be suspended on accounts that are thirty (30) days past due. Accounts more than (30) days past due may be considered cancelled.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to schools@LegendWebWorks.com. Cancellations must be received by Legend Web Works, LLC a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the end of your billing cycle.
Marketing: Client grants Legend Web Works LLC (“Legend”) the right to use Client’s name, logo, and a description of the services provided in Legend’s marketing materials, including but not limited to Legend’s website, presentations, case studies, and social media. Such use will be for the sole purpose of demonstrating Legend’s work and expertise. This permission extends to past, present, and future use of work completed under this Agreement. Client may revoke this permission at any time with written notice, and Legend agrees to promptly remove such references upon request.
Additional Terms and Conditions: Our maximum liability to you pursuant to this agreement shall not exceed one (1) month of service fees. In the event we are required to pursue a legal remedy against you for your breach of this agreement, we shall be entitled to collect from you our reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in pursuing such remedy. Legend Web Works, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
